У меня есть пара отличных альбомов этих кантри-выпендрежников (круче всего им удалась "Highway to hell"). Но и этот кавер тоже хорош!

а изменение текста тоже каверами называют?

В данном случае это - паодия. Но просто переводы или незначительные изменения без ущерба для смысла - да, каверами. :)
